Everyone Makes Mistakes

Whenever I make a ghastly typo or error in a post or story, I always remember that I’m not alone … the Wall Street Journal makes mistakes, too. Like this one … right now …
The piece is an interesting one although putting more people out of work by closing hundredS of stores won’t actually turn around the retail sector (which is 70 percent of the country’s economy). Marking up a shirt that costs $5 to make overseas to $60 didn’t work either. Although, maybe, as the Talking Heads song goes, “This was a discount store, now it’s turned into a cornfield,” might just be the way to go …
